You're usually still going to opt out of it though. Thankfully it's a little easier to grab than it was at the start of the expansion. The Druid interrupt ( Skull Bash) is awkward to use, since it requires you be in Cat Form and in melee. We have a key choice around whether or not to bring an interrupt in our Mythic+ builds. You can trade Well Honed Instincts, Improved Stampeding Roar, and even Astral Influence for Rake, Starsurge, Improved Nature's Cure or others if they're useful on a given fight.
